Our harvest 2022 was  disappointing with only around 10 % of the normal quantity. As everywhere in Tuscany, 4 months without rain in summer is too much also for the most robust olive trees. But agin, our olive oil is of superior quality. Therefore, we shall continue our biologic strategy and, also in the future, our grove will not receive any chemical treatment...more
